ABOUT THE 5V5 TOURNAMENT
How to participate
1. Form Your Team: Create a team with a minimum of 5 players and maximum of. come up with a cool and unique team name that represents your team.
2. Get Your Tickets: Head over to our online shop and select the “Team Ticket”.
3. Complete Your Purchase: Once you’ve chosen your ticket, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase securely through our website. Fill in the required fields and place your order.
4. Confirmation Email: After successfully purchasing your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email that serves as proof of purchase that you must show to be allowed to play. Spectators do not have to pay an entrance fee.

As the tournament comes to a close, we will also be announcing the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the event. This prestigious individual award will recognize the standout player whose exceptional skills, leadership, and sportsmanship have left a lasting impact on the court. The MVP will receive special recognition.

Tournament format
1. Group Stage:
•Teams will be divided in 2 poules.
• Each team plays once against every other team in the poule.
• Team rankings are based on the number of wins.
2. Semi Finals:
• After the group stage, the top 2 teams advance to the semi finals. The number 1 of Poule A will face the the number 2 of Poule B and the number 1 of Poule B will face the the number 2 of Poule A
• These 4 teams compete in an elimination. To play for a spot in the finals.
• The victorious teams in the semi finals will advance to the finals. The losing teams play for the 3rd place.
3. Consolation Final:
• After the semi finals, the 2 losing teams will face each other in the consolation final
•The winning team of the consolation final will earn 2 points.
4. Finals:
• After the semi finals, the 2 winning teams advance to the final.
• These 2 teams compete in an elimination final. To play for the number 1 spot.
• The victorious team in the final will be declared the ultimate winner of the tournament and will earn 5 points.
Tournament duration
1. Start Tournament: The tournament in Leeuwarden starts at 11:30 and ends at 16:00. In Groningen will the tournament start at 17:45 and ends at 22:00.
2. The Tournament Duration: The tournament spans 4 hours
4. The Game Duration: Each game consists of 2 halves, each lasting 7 minutes with a 1 minute break.
