1. Vest Loan Agreement

By participating in Hoopville tournaments and events, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions regarding the loan of vests provided by Hoopville:

• 1.1 Responsibility: Participants are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the vests loaned to them by Hoopville for the duration of the event.

• 1.2 Loss or Damage: In the event of loss, damage, or destruction of the loaned vests due to negligence or willful misconduct, participants agree to compensate Hoopville for the cost of replacement, as determined by Hoopville.

• 1.3 Return: Participants are required to return the loaned vests to Hoopville at the end of the event or as specified by Hoopville organizers. Failure to do so may result in additional charges. If you have taken your vest home by mistake, please contact us true our contact form or info@hoopville.nl and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Liability Waiver

• 2.1 Assumption of Risk: By participating in Hoopville tournaments and events, participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with basketball and related activities, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or any other mishap that may occur during the event.

• 2.2 Waiver of Liability: Participants release Hoopville, its organizers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm suffered while participating in Hoopville events.

• 2.3 Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during Hoopville events. It is recommended that participants consult a medical professional before participating if they have any underlying health conditions.

3. Code of Conduct

• 3.1 Respect and Sportsmanship: Participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect and sportsmanship at all times. Any disruptive or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in disqualification from the event.

• 3.2 Compliance: Participants must comply with all rules, instructions, and regulations provided by Hoopville organizers. Failure to do so may result in sanctions, including expulsion from the event.

4. Privacy

• 4.1 Data Collection: Hoopville may collect and store personal data from participants for event registration and communication purposes. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Photography and Video Release

By participating in Hoopville tournaments and events, you agree to the following terms regarding the use of photos and videos taken during the event:

• 5.1 Photography and Video: Hoopville may capture photographs and videos during the course of the tournament and related events. These media may include participants, spectators, and the overall event atmosphere.

• 5.2 Use of Media: Hoopville reserves the right to use these photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.

• 5.3 Free Download: Hoopville provides participants with the opportunity to download these photographs for personal use. These photos will be made available under the link “Hoop Sessions” on our website, and participants can access and download them free of charge.

• 5.4 Consent: Participants consent to the use of their likeness in such media and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of these photographs and videos.
